Project 902 Medical Center Buildings No. 1 And No.2

Toneman Development Corporation constructed these two buildings in Palmdale under a design-build delivery system. The project enjoyed the expertise of our sister company Toneman Concrete Corp. to deliver this project in 4 months with the project tenants able to be in their doors in 6 months. With close proximity to the new Palmdale Regional Medical Center, the project provided valuable office space for physicians needing to be near the new hospital.
