Kennedy Engineered Products

This 11,900 square foot building was constructed for an OEM automobile parts manufacturer in Palmdale. Utilizing a design build process and a pre-engineered steel building, the project saved 3 months on the construction schedule.  Combined with our pre-engineered steel building partner, CBC Steel Buildings, we provided a column free building that allowed the manufacturing process to be free flowing. The building orientation allowed the use of natural daylighting that cut the lighting as well as heating and cooling.
