Archdiocese Of Los Angeles – Sacred Heart Church

Toneman Development was contracted by the Archdiocese’s to provide site development services and construct a new priest’s residence in two phases. Phase 1 was to turn a 5 acre parcel of land into a 350+ vehicle parking and a building pad for a future 1,200 seat 35,000 square foot sanctuary. The work entailed major utility relocations, site clean up, building pad, and landscaping.  Phase 2 was the construction of a 5,000 square foot 2-story residence for the priests. Accommodations were even allocated for visiting priests and dignitaries.
